Callum Kelly - Founder & CEO
Founder and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Kelly Road Capital, Callum Kelly specializes in fund management with a focus on equities and a commitment to a value-based investing model. Callum has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Queensland University of Technology and is currently studing Mandarin at the University of Queensland, Callum has gained diverse experience, including working in credit risk at Macquarie Group and transaction advisory services at Ernst & Young. Additionally, he held positions in accounts at Islex Australia, where he played a pivotal role in marketing their flagship agriculture solution, Smart Syphon. Callum's entrepreneurial journey began during his university years, prompted by his astute observations of market dynamics during the pandemic-induced downturn and subsequent recovery, leading to the founding of Kelly Road Capital, alongside his work experience at large financial companies.
Dean Song - Director & FA
Director and Financial Analyst at Kelly Road Capital, Dean Song holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in Economics, Accounting, and Business Information Systems from the University of Queensland. He further pursued his studies and completed his honours degree at the University of Queensland. Additionally, Dean holds a Doctorate in Philosophy with a focus on Economics and International Business from Queensland University of Technology. Prior to joining Kelly Road Capital, Dean gained valuable experience as a lecturer and tutor at the QUT Business School and the Oodgeroo Unit. He also served as a senior officer of the Department of Immigration and Citizenship.
